Using SessionPass
SessionPass is operated as SessionPassGolf. It connects you to independently owned indoor golf simulator venues and handles booking a bay. By booking, you agree to these terms and to the venue's house rules shown on its page.

Booking and payment
You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the card you pay with. Your card is authorized at checkout, not charged. It's charged only once the venue confirms your booking. If the venue declines or doesn't confirm, the authorization is released and nothing is charged. The price shown when you book is the full price. There are no added fees.
Cancellations and refunds
To cancel, email bookings@sessionpassgolf.com with your booking reference by noon (Mountain time) the day before your session. You'll be refunded in full except Stripe's processing fee, which Stripe doesn't return. After that deadline there's no refund, because the hour usually can't be resold in time. If your booking hasn't been confirmed yet, nothing was charged, and cancelling just releases the hold.
At the venue
Follow the venue's house rules. Keep your entry code within your group, and leave the space as you found it. You're responsible for any damage to the simulator or other equipment beyond normal use. If something's damaged, we or the venue will contact you.
Assumption of risk
Golf simulator use carries an inherent risk of injury, including being struck by a golf ball or club. You're participating voluntarily and accept that risk for yourself and your group.
SessionPassGolf text message program
If you give us a phone number and check the text box when you book, SessionPassGolf will text you about that specific booking: confirming it, letting you know it didn't work out, and sending your entry or gate code. Message frequency depends on your booking activity. Expect a handful of messages tied to each booking, not a recurring schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
Venue owners who sign up for text approvals get a text on days with new booking requests, with a link to confirm or decline them. Same rates, HELP and STOP apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What we don't guarantee
We connect you with independently owned venues. We don't own or run them, and each venue is responsible for its space and equipment. A venue can decline a booking (you're never charged if that happens), and availability can change between when you view it and when you book. To the extent the law allows, SessionPassGolf's total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. We may update them. The date above shows the latest version, and the terms in place when you booked apply to that booking.
