Testing in progress — SessionPass isn't live yet. Payments can't be charged and nothing here is a real booking.

What we collect, and why

Plain language on purpose. No legal boilerplate to translate before you find out what happens to your information.

What we collect

When you book a bay: your name, email, and phone number, so we can confirm your reservation, send your entry code, and reach you if something changes. Your payment card details go directly to Stripe. SessionPass never sees or stores your card number.

When you sign up to be notified about a venue that isn't on SessionPass yet, or ask us to bring SessionPass to your city: just the email address you give us.

When you browse the site: our own anonymous count of which pages get visited, with no cookies and no record of who you are. Separately, the site uses Google Ads conversion tracking, which does use cookies (see "Advertising cookies" below).

How we use it

We use booking details to run your reservation: confirm it, send your entry code, handle a cancellation if you need one, and give the venue what it needs to expect you. We use "notify me" emails to reach out if that venue joins SessionPass, and in aggregate, not tied to your specific address, to judge which venues are actually worth pursuing as partners. Page-view counts work the same way. They show us which venues and pages people actually care about.

Who we share it with

The venue you book with gets your name, email, phone, and reservation details. They need it to expect you and to reach you if something comes up. Stripe processes your payment, Brevo sends the emails (confirmation, entry code, notify-me replies), and Twilio sends the text messages. Each is the actual company doing that specific job, not a general-purpose data broker. Google receives the advertising cookie data described below. We don't sell your information to anyone.

Advertising cookies

We advertise SessionPass on Google, and this site uses the Google Ads tag to measure whether those ads lead to visits and bookings. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to do this, and may use them to show SessionPass ads to people who have visited this site before. Google's use of this data is covered by Google's advertising policies.

You can turn off personalized ads from Google in My Ad Center, opt out of many third-party vendors at aboutads.info, or block cookies in your browser. The site still works with cookies blocked. We don't currently change anything based on a browser's "Do Not Track" setting.

Text messages

If you give us a phone number, SessionPassGolf may text you about a specific booking: confirming it, letting you know it didn't work out, and sending entry/gate codes. Message frequency depends on your booking activity — typically a few messages around each booking, not a recurring schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop receiving these texts at any time.

Venue owners who sign up for text approvals get a text on days with new booking requests, with a link to confirm or decline them. The same HELP and STOP replies work.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and signup records so the booking-lookup and admin tools keep working. There's no automatic deletion process yet. That's a real limitation of a young, small site, not something we're hiding. Email us at bookings@sessionpassgolf.com if you'd like your information deleted, and we'll take care of it directly.
